On-Line payment with Credit Cards
To order on-line please use our shopping cart. You will be connected with the Paypal shopping system, and you will be presented with two different choices: Paypal payment or Visa / Mastercard / Visa Electron payment. You do NOT have to open a Paypal Account to pay, just choose the normal credit card option, when asked.

Out of stock products
We try to keep our on-line catalog constantly updated, so that all titles listed are currently available. If something from you order is out of stock we will inform you via e-mail.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs change depending if your order include heavy items (like vinyl, books & boxes) or not. Our pricing and shipping policy is friendly and customer- oriented: you won't find any strange additional fee or 1-dollar-more-for-each-CD type of thing. What you buy is what you pay.

Return policy
You may return a defective item for a refund or a replacement with a new copy contacting us within 7 days of receiving. Shipping charges due to the replacement will be refunded. We try to package the goods as securely and safely as possible. We cannot be held responsible for damages to jewel cases due to carriage.
