An on going project of prolific artist JOHN WIESE, SISSY SPACEK has taken many forms: intricate collages of the small, quiet, details that trickle through in between “sound”, drums spliced and severed, 18-piece “noise” orchestras, performances that included nothing but the act of shattering glass as source sound to ones that result in broken basses and bleeding throats, etc. On “Fortune,” Wiese has assembled a trio with CHARLIE MUMMA (drums) and CORYDON RONNAU (vocals): crafting twenty-six songs of grind-core noise (like a Crossed Out playing with malfunctioning gear).

This is a mail order/distributor run solely by one person, and based in Milano, Italy. The large selection of CD and LPs covers a really wide array of artists and labels, in addition it is also possible to find rare, out-of-print and sometime impossible-to-find editions of sound art and artists' records and gallery editions. Pricing and shipping policy is friendly and customer-oriented: you won't find any strange additional fee or 1-dollar-more-for-each-CD type of thing.
