One composition from 1967 (the first), the rest from the late 70s. Here we have patiently forming compositions of a variety of means, although to be fair, the order in the title is clearly in order of importance. The voice is the most important element in three of the four compositions (the second is mostly ambient and dominated by piano and atmospherics), while the last is most likely where Jocy draws the electronics (although their appearance is fleeting and only used as window dressing). Throughout you have very subtle vocal ticks expanded and layered in patterns, but contrary to my expectations, given the national origin (Brazil), there is not the staccato (or highly accented cadences) presentation. In fact, Meredith Monk, one I keep referring to in my posts lately, has more rhythm, while this focuses on texture. A very cool album from a different part of the world than I expected this type of music to come from (especially from the time period). Don't worry, one of the next posts will be indie pop or harsh noise.
