Alberto Boccardi, Maurizio Abate
Superficie
Superficie is the first album of the collaborative project between Maurizio Abate on electric guitar and Alberto Boccardi on electronics and percussions. The first raw elements of the work were recorded during a 6-days studio sessions in January 15, the materials then has been processed with the support of Gianmaria Aprile across Spring. Alberto produces electronic textures and lean effective rhythmic patterns through the use of modular and analog synth and acoustic drums, while Maurizio transfigures the guitar sounds into unrecognizable elements.
