Current 93

Current 93 is the ongoing work of David Tibet (now known as David Michael), once a member of Psychic TV and 23 Skidoo and also the founder of Dog's Blood Order. Though the group is really Tibet's own, a family of ever changing musicians helps out with each release. The one musician to appear on virtually all Current 93 releases is Steven Stapleton of Nurse With Wound, and David Tibet in his turn has appeared on numerous Nurse With Wound releases. Members of Current 93 have collaborated with other groups such as Coil and Death In June.

"The Seven Seals_" I wrote whilst sitting at my desk in my Then House in Aubre…
Dogs Blood Rising
Reeling in the weeks -- which felt like years -- after my first Current 93 album, I had started on the difficult second C93 album, Dogs Blood Rising.
