A: We ship daily to countries all over the world. Freight costs are estimated during check out.
A: You can log onto your account and check the tracking info that is associated with your order. Tracking is also provided for international orders shipped via Fedex or DHL. Tracking numbers are also provided in the automated shipping confirmation email you’ll receive when your order ships.
A: Yes, you are responsible for paying any duties or taxes charged by your country’s customs agency, as well as any customs brokerage fees charged by UPS. Unfortunately, we have no way to predict the time or extra cost incurred by customs inspection.
