Nimh is the main project of Giuseppe Verticchio, an Italian musician who began producing experimental music in the mid 1990s, combining electronics, ambient, industrial and ethnic-ritual elements into long, meditative pieces with a dark undertow. Around it he has built a web of collaborations: Hall of Mirrors with Andrea Marutti, We Promise to Betray with Davide Del Col, Twist of Fate with Daniela Gherardi, Maribor with Maurizio Bianchi and Mauthausen Orchestra, and records with Robin Storey of Rapoon, Akifumi Nakajima of Aube, Amir Baghiri and Philippe Blache of Day Before Us.
