Since its inception, producer and composer Joe Acheson has carefully developed Hidden Orchestra from a simple initial project concept of ‘an imagined orchestra’ into something that has flourished into a widespan musical universe of its own, that is truly unlike anything else.

Whisky soaked, nocturnal, brooding. Aging’s album ‘Troubles? Luz
Luz was produced in an unconventional way, with a sampler, MPC1000. Lorenzo Fringuello chose four musicians: Alessandro Bossi on bass, Daniele Cruccolini on drums, Alessandro De Florio on piano, Cesare Vincenti on trumpets. The four were left free to play on the basis of some musical cues and intuitions. Once the tracks were obtained, Fringuello sampled, cut, processed and recomposed them. The result is an album of seven tracks with a metropolitan funk-jazz sound.
Code 17 Abstraction
Michael Valentine West is a composer/decomposer utilising lessons learnt from various musical disciplines such as minimal, ambient, glitch, hip hop, jazz and sound design. He has recorded, produced and remixed using aliases such as Twiggy And The K-Mesons, K-Meson 4, Suck Susan, Lower Third, Mikimo Sosumi, Anal Teens and of course MVW. He has also scored music and contributed songs to soundtracks for several independent films.
