Prisoner's Cinema
Second duo LP by Sarah Hennies and Tristan Kasten-Krause: two sidelong pieces grown from a live work played in darkness, singing bowls, gongs and double bass drifting into waltz-like pulses and field recordings. Numbered edition of 200.
Nos Vemos El Próximo Año
Hell is empty and the salsa is all there is. Chúpame el Dedo are back! After years of terrorizing the avant-tropical underground with their manic, mock-satanic metal-cumbia madness, the legendary Bogotano duo of Eblis Álvarez and Pedro Ojeda have officially scrubbed the pentagrams off the drum kit. They aren’t worshipping the dark lord anymore; they've found a much more chaotic deity. Please lower your expectations and raise your instruments: Chúpame el Dedo are now officially Geobah Witnesses. …
Romance
The Portuguese percussionist turns drums and cymbals into generative sources: seven tracks of spectral tones, sub-bass rumble and warbly VHS tones, shaped by electronic manipulation and by the chromatic dissonance of Carlo Gesualdo.
Lind
Solo percussion by Sven-Åke Johansson, recorded at his SÅJ Studio in Berlin in March 2010: fifteen short pieces named after Swedish surnames, rolls, cymbals and a towel flicking on the drum skin.
Fallstudien
Percussionists Burkhard Beins and Sven-Åke Johansson with harpist Rhodri Davies, recorded at Sowieso in Berlin in 2013 and 2015: acoustic sounds that come close to electronics, plus a harp solo by Davies.
Frost
Berlin trio improvisation recorded in June 2015 by Liz Allbee on trumpet and seashell, Annette Krebs on electric guitar and electronics and Sven-Åke Johansson on percussion, with notes by Thomas Millroth.
Play Drums
*2026 stock* Following 'Passenger' (tsss tapes, 2023), Ted Byrnes & Jeph Jerman Play Drums is a further exploration of percussive collaboration. Recorded in much the same way (iterative file exchange), Play Drums is quite literal in its title. It is entirely acoustic, with both participants playing a conventional drum set, albeit *all* parts of it. The recording is dedicated to Tim Barnes, close friend and constant source of inspiration to both Ted and Jeph.
Sinkronia
“Iker Munduate is an artist and musician who brings a delicate sense of composition and design... Inspired in part by new age music, Its rippling melodies and frictionless glide recall the futuristic utopias of Detroit Escalator Company and the interior reverie of Nobukazu Takemura" - Derek Walmsley Continuing from where he left it 2 years ago after a sold out debut LP released on Hegoa, Iker is back with his follow up “Sinkronia”. A gripping take on Eastern and Western minimalist traditions inf…
Retiro Espiritual
Following the release of Ganzfeld, the Tenerife-based octet returns with Retiro Espiritual, their fourth full-length album and the second chapter in an ongoing improvisational document recorded inside one of Santa Cruz de Tenerife’s abandoned oil tanks. Gaf & The Love Supreme Arkestra work outside conventional studio frameworks. Their music emerges from extended improvisation sessions that unfold sporadically, sometimes over several days. Built around drums, guitar, bass, modular synthesis and s…
Pianoise
On Pianoise, Emmanuel Lalande turns the piano inside out: specially retuned instruments become broadband noise generators, and composition becomes subtraction, where the notes you don’t play carve harmonic negative space as vivid as the ones you do.
Moreïne / Déclives
*2026 stock* Ten years ago, La Tène released their first record, then as a trio with Cyril Bondi, d’Incise, and Alexis Degrenier. A decade, four albums, and multiple collaborations later, the group returns with Moreïne/Déclives—an album that feels as much like a celebration as it does an upheaval. True to its identity, La Tène continues to explore the cracks between tradition and experimentation, between hypnotic drone and repeated gestures, but this time they choose to move onto new ground: the…
Fern
10" featuring this explosive encounter between two of the wildest and most irrepressible musicians on the current international adventurous scene: the American electronics artist Container (real name Ren Schofield) and the Australian drummer/percussionist Will Guthrie.
Terrain Vague II
*300 copies limited edition* Arbitrary presents Terrain Vague II - the second album by Danish electro-acoustic trio Mesmer. With this work, the trio creates a sensuous and reflective space to inhabit in a time marked by speed, noise, and digital fragmentation. Terrain Vague II emerges from field recordings made in Læsø, Frederikshavn, and Aalborg in Denmark. Using environmental sounds from harbors, coastlines, and the outskirts of the city, Mesmer explores the places where nature and culture int…

Fancy cannot cheat
Ten arrangements, dialogues, compositions. Direct, diverse, dating you quietly, never naming the act. They arrive on tape, twisted sided. Shaped by Belgian drummer and sonic wanderer Karen Willems. A mover between scenes. Breaker of frames. Restless in sound. She likes to step into that space, where you can push, strike, remain in motion. Where curiosity earns its name by never staying the same. “Fancy cannot cheat” is title for her latest beat. There is ambient breath. There is classic stretche…
Kujodada
This is the mental junkyard of evaporating dreams, disintegrating memories and fading recollections. Industrial Gagaku.
Schönste Muziek
Early hallucinatory ritual percussion works from the much-missed rhythmajik master. This legendary album by Industrial pioneer Z'EV was originally released in 1986 (LP, Dossier), now finally available with the state-of-the-art remastering it deserves. Also included is the bonus 20 minute track 'Titan Night', recorded at Berlin Atonal in December 1983, now available here for the first time on any format since the original 1984 split LP with Psychic TV (who performed their iconic set at the same e…
Attacco Morbido
On Attacco morbido, ATMO (Leila Hassan and Elia Buletti) let soft drum‑machine grids, quietly glowing keyboards and voice‑led fragments drift together, where programmed pulse and hand‑played percussion blur into intimate, half‑dreamt songs.
