Cranioclast is a German duo, active since the 1980s, whose two members appear under the aliases Sankt Klario and Soltan Karik. Their music combines guitars, synthesizers, drum machines, noise and studio processing into dark, slowly unfolding pieces close to drone and industrial music. Both the aliases and many of their record titles are anagrams of the group's name. Cranioclast released records and cassettes sporadically, among them Kolik-San-Art.
