AWSOME!! The Time Machine project was conceived in order to find a simple and immediate way to work with rhythm. I built two cheap and imprecise, almost-square wave oscillators with a wide range of frequencies. These oscillators can sweep and cross-modulate from rare pulse to high audio signals. This album, Yôko Higashi's fifth as hamaYôko, features a triptych of pipe organ improvisations recorded at St Augustin's Church in Croix Rousse, Lyon. Higashi likens these tracks to a 'an old painting of a foggy landscape'. They are augmented by two silent passages and a fourth track, Panthere d'Erebos. Edition of 300 copies.

Brendan and Andrew already published an album 'This Growing Clearing' in 2004 under their own names but decided on Marsfield as a name for future projects.We hope to publish the second thread of the story in the first quarter of 2010 'Three Sunsets Over Marsfield'..
