At Close Quarters
1993 release ** "A selection of live recordings from the These Records shop, London."
Dos D'Ânes
2009 release ** "Hacking away on a homemade system and twisted electronic tools, eRikm and Noetinger gleefully activate levers, tactile screens and joysticks with the utmost concentration. Doneda makes the air shake with acoustic vibrations. Together, they give free rein to their audio tricks, buzzing, interference, constructive feedback, electro-shocks, concrete slipping, hazed quotes, white noise, saturations and incisive scratches."
Handbook For Mortals
2025 stock Thought these were long gone, but hey, not so fast! Originally released in 2013, this was Letha's 1st foray into the vinyl game AND her 1st under her own name (as opposed to Tretetam, which she'd been using since 2008). 'Handbook' is a lovely sound pastiche of everyday day life turned inside out. Both ambient & disturbing, her sound distillations are wondrous & hypnotic respites in this suffocating modernity. FFO; Moondog, United Dairies label, John Bender. Very last copies.
Jasnovidec & Tarnovski
During hot and mid pandemic August 2021, duo of Daniel Jakeš and Michael Nechvátal, know under their stage moniker of Jasnovidec, went to Pardubice for artist residency at notorious location of Divadlo 29 (Theater 29), key Czech location for worldwide avant garde experimental music and theater. During four long days and nights, the duo went onto several intense recording sessions, on which both Jakeš and Nechvátal played solely just their modular synths setups. On a few of the occasions they wer…
Sweet Distractions
Sewer Election started blessing the underground noise scene around 2002 and has since released tons of stuff, from harsh noise to raw musique concrète-like things and tape works. ”Sweet Distractions” is a long piece sitting comfortably in the corner of his more laid back and ambient works. Sounds a bit like William Basinski never cleaned his reel to reel machines. Broken, beautiful and strange in the best possible way. Recorded in parallell w Kassettmusik back in 2007. Same technique with crude …
Chromatic
*Limited Edition of 100 copies!* Commissioned by 180 Studios as part of the UVA exhibition Synchronicity, Chromatic is a software-driven optical instrument that explores the harmony of form and the interaction of colour and sound. Each line, shape, and colour plays a role in constructing this generative audio-visual installation. A computationally programmed, rule-based system endlessly assembles and re-assembles abstract formations and harmonic sequences, producing geometric compositions that p…
Salt
*Limited Edition Of 150 Copies* When it travels, the voice is a double agent, a trickster, or a dubious guru, but when it pauses for a recording, it's historical, capturing a mood or an emotion for all time. I didn't expect that I would hardly recognize the people who made Salt — myself and Hessel Veldman — a year and a half after recording it, but this is where I find myself now, so I'll say a few words about this temporary prosopagnosia. Twelve years ago, when I moved to the Netherlands from J…
Untitled
This is the last of the A.B.O. material. Probably recorded in 1991, certainly mixed in 2024.
Broken Folk
*2025 stock* The 10” is pressed on translucent green vinyl with sleeve art by Belbury Poly's Jim Jupp. It’s released on Seatman’s own label KS Audio in association with Belbury Music. A five track EP of collaborations with folk singer Douglas E. Powell selected from Keith Seatman’s Albums: A Rest Before the Walk and all hold hands and off we go. It opens with a remix of the title track Broken Folk by Ghost Box veterans, Belbury Poly.Melancholic and subtly psychedelic, these songs are redolent of…
Extracøntinent
The extracøntinent that Damien Mingus invites us to visit on this new album from his My jazzy Child project is by no means an imagined or imaginary space. It's the palpable space forged by the musician's 25 years of activity, where popular and traditional music, free music and learned traditions collide. And don't confuse the ∅ (empty set) with the Ø (island in Norwegian) used in the title of this album and some of the tracks - it's insularity that's being asserted here. An island-continent made…

Música del Desierto was commissioned by Desert Museum of Coahuila to mexican artist Antonio Russek.
Fighting False God
Of Tanz Victims formed in the early 80s when industrial music was taking off in parts of North America. What started things off for OTV was a 7″ vinyl of gritty, looped and guitar-laden industrial that felt fresh and alive, with the name Fighting False God. On the 30 year anniversary of its first issue, Artoffact Records will release a remastered and redesigned edition of this Canadian classic.
Music for Gallery
Several tapes that were discovered at Aki Takahashi's house and audio sources that have been put on hold until now are being released collectively. The time periods and contents of the sounds vary, and most of the detailed data are not known. Nevertheless, the contents are all very intriguing, including live recordings by Hiroyoshi Suzuki from the days of "Jikken Kobo" (Experimental Workshop), never-before-heard works by Toru Takemitsu, and the strange electronic music of Joji Yuasa. We decided …
Proserpine
Circular patterns morphing through time, loop and ritual form the fabric of Proserpine, the latest work by Leeds-based musician, Teresa Winter. Recorded from a summer to a winter through 2021 and 2022, Proserpine is Winter’s most cohesive, focused music to date: confidently revelling in space, fixating on isolated sounds and giving way to satisfying, swirling waves of vocal and electronic buzz. Proserpine is Teresa Winter’s debut recording for Glasgow-based label, Night School. On Proserpine, mu…
Chaque Rémanence Se Rappelant À Son Souvenir Propre
Imagine a long walk along a path marked out by small granite walls. You meet people who tell you incredible stories. A dense journey from which you emerge transformed, intensely psychedelic.
VIII
Arnold Böcklin's Isle of the Dead with an industrial twist Abrasive kicks and rust in oil on canvas.Four tracks that take us far down the styx. A fine offering from this Leipzig-based duo from Brest, regulars on the hardcore techno scene.
Muon S
Anna Gaïotti and Jean Bender, a duo of tap dancers and modular synthesiser, crunch, friction, blows, waves, drones and trumpet. It's all filled with sparkling, kinetic energy. Recorded in two locations in a disused convent in Italy by William Nurdin.
Tourne-Disque
300 copies limited edition A siren sounds. Is it the keel coming to free the worker from her harsh task? Or the call of an iron whale inviting us to set sail for the depths? End of work, beginning of the dream: the grooves here will not be the fruit of plowing but moving reliefs to be explored. Because if there is indeed a paradoxical guide capable of activating the levers of such a liberation of esgourdes, by playing at will with the effects of sliding between the concrete and the abstract, the…
Discorporation: The Original Soundtrack
Edition of 300. For his fourth Feeding Tube release, Curtis Godino (now a resident of the greater Nashville area) has created a soundtrack album for a destroyed film that exists only in his mind. Playing with a raft of fine musicians, unencumbered by having to match his music up with an actual extant images, Curtis has created a suite of tunes that are stylistically connected to his earlier works, yet expand themselves into hitherto unexplored realms. A well-regarded maestro of the organ and Mel…
