Big Blood

Big Blood is an American psychedelic folk band formed in 2006 in South Portland, Maine, by Colleen Kinsella and Caleb Mulkerin, a married couple who had earlier played together in Cerberus Shoal. The group mixes folk with experimental rock and a wide range of other styles. Much of its music has come out on its own Don't Trust the Ruin imprint in handmade editions. Big Blood started shortly after the birth of the couple's daughter Quinnisa, who appears on several of its records and later became a full member.
