The idea behind this recording session was to establish a parallel perspective able to reflect the time-structural displacement in the making of spontaneous music. Curran plays his wide range of samples and pre-processes them in real time. This results in the first two layers of sound. The unprocessed samples are captured in real time and processed by Sciajno through his Max/MSP patches. This generates two other layers of sound.
