Family Underground
Family Underground is an experimental group from Copenhagen, active since about 2000, centred on Sara C. Czerny and Nicolas F. Kauffmann. Its music moves between drone, noise, psychedelic rock and free improvisation, recorded with guitars, voices, percussion and, in recent years, Czerny's Buchla synthesizer. Family Underground has released records on the US labels Ba Da Bing and Woodsist, on the Italian labels Laboratorio Palestro and Holidays, and Salt of the Sun on the Finnish label Ikuisuus.
