Mind Over Mirrors

Mind Over Mirrors is the project of Jaime Fennelly, a composer, harmonium player and synthesist now based in Chicago. He began it between 2007 and 2010 while living on an island in the Salish Sea in Washington State. The music grows out of drones played on a pedal-pumped Indian harmonium, processed through tape delays and combined with analog synthesizers. Fennelly had earlier co-founded the Brooklyn group Peeesseye with Chris Forsyth and Fritz Welch. Early Mind Over Mirrors records appeared on Digitalis, Immune, Hands in the Dark and Gift Tapes.
