Oiseaux-Tempëte

Oiseaux-Tempête is a French group founded in 2012 by Frédéric D. Oberland and Stéphane Pigneul, both also members of FareWell Poetry. The project grew out of their work with the French photographer and filmmaker Stéphane C., who was documenting the political and economic crisis in Greece. Its mostly instrumental music mixes post-rock, drones, tape work, improvisation and field recordings, and it is known for albums built with guests met on journeys around the Mediterranean.
