Roman Torment were the combined efforts of Evan Pacewicz (Moth Drakula/Swampland) & Jeff Witscher (Impregnable/Callow God) at the height of the short lived but very important LA harsh noise scene of the early 00's. Together they wove a blanket of brutal crumbling razor-honed electronics.
