Hoshi
Hoshi is the 7th album by the worldly Kaakinmaa based sound producer Tomutonttu. This compositional endeavour began with foggy intuitions about freed people in swings, house plants in hanging baskets and people being brought up by wild monkeys. Tomutonttu has been dealing with questions perhaps romantic by nature. Maybe my songs are farming music after all? What does my computer think about my music? Toiminnan Aattona
*2022 stock.* Toiminnan aattona translates as “On the Eve of Action”. The basic tracks for the album were already recorded in 2012 by Sami Sänpäkkilä (Es, Fonal Records) and Jan Anderzén (Tomutonttu, Kemialliset Ystävät). The legendary Goodiepal whistled on two tracks during his visit in Finland. The album was put on hold for many years due to other projects.
