Rasputin 3000
This one-time limited edition of 750 copies comes from Austria's Comfortzone label and catches Mika Vainio in swaggering backroom dancefloor mode again for a 2nd, Jukebox-styled 7". A-side is a corrosive, killer slice of Industro-Bashment called 'Rasputin 3000', all skeletal rhythmic swagger and elemental distortion. B-side features an even more stripped down and haunted number called 'Devil Arrives To Finspång'. Nobody does this thing quite like Vainio - miss out at your peril!
The Towering Sky
A new decade begins with a very belated release for us here,that of Marsfield's second album recorded in 2005. Brendan and Andrew already published an album 'This Growing Clearing' in 2004 under their own names but decided on Marsfield as a name for future projects.We hope to publish the second thread of the story in the first quarter of 2010 'Three Sunsets Over Marsfield'.. Shoals (Edition)
Shoals (Edition) is a companion release to Taylor Deupree’s 2010 full-length CD Shoals. This limited edition 7” record has a shortened version of “A Fading Found” (from the album) on Side A and a B-Side called “Sere.” While the 7” format only allows for brief works - and in this case extracted from much longer compositions - Edition creates intimate and physical vignettes into these highly acoustic and tactile recordings.

Julian Lynch and filmmaker Amy Ruhl first collaborated on Lynch's Seed video from his proper debut album (Orange You Glad) on Olde English Spelling Bee. Around this time, Ruhl was beginning work on her first film, an animated, allegorical biography of the courtesan, dancer & spy, Mata Hari.
