Born at the end of 1984, Gerstein moved between filmic experimentalism and piano sonatas with background noise elements.
In 1989, after the release of the cassette La Pomata Delle Femmine, the project seemed to have reached its end. However, Maurizio Pustianaz’s creation took a new direction, shifting toward a sound still open to experimentation but influenced by the more romantic atmospheres reminiscent of David Sylvian.

In 1991/92, the first embryonic versions of the tracks that would later appear on side A of the vinyl LP Sucker came to life, initially featured on the cassette A Kindly Method Of Living, released in France by Dedali Opera. Side B was created specifically for the LP, along with the more experimental tracks from side A.

This new edition of Sucker has been remixed, cleaned up, and remastered from the original 4-track tapes. It is now released on CD, including tracks from the same period that were featured on the previously mentioned cassette, as well as unreleased versions of the album’s songs.
This is a deluxe version, as you can find 12 bonus tracks!
