Absum
As in the Osvaldo Coluccino's own words: "Presence of the work, absence of the author. So muffled, vapor escaping from an old coffer, so dusty and apparently, in some ways, timbrically “primordial” and yet elusive, the first three compositions of the album unfold. The following three increase the dynamism and openness of the timbre.  As always in my albums, also in Absum a journey takes place along the tracks that, joined together, make it up. Even in this “raw” timbre paste, emblem of adherence…

Glide
The Fact of Being are happy to inform about the second step in a series of reissues of early works by Peter Davison. The long-awaited re-edition of a highly acclaimed and innovative album "Glide" 1981 to celebrate its 40th anniversary. "Glide" was the second artist's album. To date, this is one of the rarest and wanted ambient recordings that finally availa…
Musiques d'ordinateur
Sébastien Roux imagines new listening situations. He uses algorithms, games, movement, spatialisation, and diagrams to articulate two complementary notions: the perception of form and the forms of perception. Musiques d'ordinateur (Computer music) gathers pieces written between 2011 and 2020. The tracks on this CD are the more or less predictable results of more or less complex programs. The sounds and their organization (the score) are calculated. There is no editing nor mixing. The algorithm …
Accident In Heaven
Accident In Heaven was originally released in 1987 as a hand-made micro-edition of about 40 cassette tapes. It was only the third ever release on the short-lived now near legendary SDV label which had been established that same year by Konrad Kraft, Bernd Sevens and Dino Oon in Düsseldorf. Finally finding a more substantial and appreciative audience on vinyl over 30 years after its original limited release, Accident In Heaven is a strong testament to the explorative experiments of Detlef Funder a…
Batang Frisco
Founded by Eric Jensen & the late Bill DiMichele (RIP), the lifespan of San Francisco based project Batang Frisco (‘San Francisco Kids’ in the Filipino dialect Tagalog) is inimitably distilled on this solitary self-titled record, an outlandish private press pearl of homespun minimal synth music.Recorded over the course of 1985/6 and self-released in 1986, the one and only Batang Frisco LP was the product of an inconspicuous DIY existence spent in the margins of the Bay Area scene in the 1980s. C…
Zeichnungen Des Patienten O.T. (Drawings Of Patient O.T.)
*Reissue of the 1983 album, originally released on Some Bizzare and Rough Trade* "Einstürzende Neubauten's second album marks a radical progression in the band's sound as well as a revolutionary step forward in the realms of industrial and experimental music. Bassist Marc Chung (ex-Abwärts) and electronics engineer Alexander Hacke (later a member of Crime And The City Solution) joined the band during this time, and singer Blixa Bargeld also became a full-time member of Nick Cave And The Bad See…

The Sun Of The Night
Tokio Hasegawa was an original member of Taj-Mahal Travelers. After the band, he has organized Mithila Museum, a small museum for Indian vernacular art, in forest area in Niigata pref. since 1982. His action of introduction of the art is well-known and respected by India nowadays, however, he is still a musician. This CD was released as realization of his cosmological thinking and sound. All instruments are played and mixed by himself (except voice and rhythm, by his daughter).
All Skies Have Sounded
Double LP version. "Gonzen, uminari or retumbos. Perhaps you've heard these sounds? They're known to occur all over the world and, as one might expect, humans have strained to offer various explanations for these unsettling emissions that materialize unbidden from the sky. We like to say that we've understood what's happening so that we can move on. Tidy up the loose ends and don't scare the horses. Nothing wrong with that in good measure, but there's something to be said for the Haudenosaunee p…
Le Ménisque Original
"Le ménisque original is my first solo album under the Sarah Terral moniker. The album was composed and played with a very small modular synthesizer. I wanted to make a very intuitive and minimal record with the idea of doing as little editing and retouching as possible. Synthetic, minimal, restricted, contrasted and intuitive music.  Terral is my mother’s last name and Sarah is the name I would have had if I had been a girl. It is in a way my feminine alter-ego. I wanted it to be almost me, but…
Echolocation
**Natural vinyl with exclusive RISO reproductions of Pamela Z posters from the 1980s / 1990s. Written and recorded over three years, and self-released and distributed on cassette in 1988, Echolocation is a genre-defying document of Z’s earliest experiments with live voice and delay, and the imp…
Leaving Hardly a Mark
Tip! ** Edition of 200 ** Leaving Hardly a Mark is the debut album of the LHAM project, behind which lie the Italians Giuseppe Verticchio (Nimh, Hall of Mirrors, Twist of Fate...) and Bruno De Angelis (Mana Erg). Cinematic and strongly evocative atmospheres are painted with the use of electronic instrumentation, guitars, bass and effects, following stylistic paths on the borderline between ambient music, moderate experimentation and subliminal "World" veins. Delicate sound watercolours, moments …
Chaleur Humaine
Uman’s Chaleur Humaine, the debut album from the French duo of musicians and siblings Danielle and Didier Jean, resurfaces for the first time since its original release in 1992. While history, both private and public, is scattered with creative relationships between siblings that simply “did not work,” Uman’s story is uniquely different and defined by this bond, and a shared journey impressing footprints along an adventurous musical terrain.  Prior to Chaleur Humaine, Danielle and Didier recorde…

Starlight And Still Air (LP + 7")
* First pressing includes a bonus 7" with a non-LP track and the remix of 'Bloodlines' by Pan American * In early 2019, Dominic Appleton met up for lunch in London with 4AD founder Ivo Watts-Russell while the long-retired label boss was visiting from his home in New Mexico. At the time of their lunch Appleton had already agreed to work on an album with Italian composer and producer Matteo Uggeri but was suffering from a minor crisis of confidence. Thanks to Uggeri's persistence and Ivo-Watts' ti…
Italian Division
«While composing these pieces, I focused on the 20th and 21st-century composition techniques in three main concepts: Serialism, Microtonality, and Noise. You could almost say the Italian Avant-garde of the last century had it all: noise, new music, and the math of Leonardo of Pisa, later known as Fibonacci. In making Composition For Two Oscillators And Two Tape-Recorders I focused on microtonality. The basic concept I like and play with is when tones get close and start to interact with each othe…
It Feels Great But The Planet Is Dying
In Micah Pick and Benjamin Mauch words...The title for this album is an actual snippet of conversation that occurred on the first day of 2020. In the midst of recording music together in Richmond, VA, we took some time to get some fresh air, and were enjoying the unseasonable warmth of the day, but also were reminded that although it felt pleasant in the moment, the warming of the planet is a far from pleasant experience. As enthusiasts of outdoor recreation we have enjoyed warm days in the mids…
