Al Doum & The Faryds

Al Doum & The Faryds are an open ensemble from Milan, based in the Casoretto neighbourhood, whose music mixes spiritual jazz, psychedelia and afrobeat. They describe their music as a collective ritual, and their catalogue includes Positive Force, Spirit Rejoin, Cosmic Love and Ipnagogico. All of their albums were recorded at Guscio Studio, run by Lorenz, and the group is closely tied to Black Sweat Records, the Milan label run by Davide Domenichini (Dome). Positive Force was their second album and Spirit Rejoin their fourth.
