Dominic Lash
Dominic Lash is an English double bassist and electric guitarist who works mainly in free improvisation and also performs composed music. He lived in Oxford, where he was a central member of the Oxford Improvisers collective. He later lived in Bristol and is now based in Cambridge. He also writes about film as an academic. Lash has played with John Butcher, Evan Parker, Joe Morris, Pat Thomas, Nate Wooley and Tony Conrad, and his regular partners include Alex Ward, Angharad Davies and Tim Hill.
