Having primarily composed for and performed on pipe organ, Arkbro's work also includes pieces for many other forms of instrumentation, including work for combinations of acoustic instruments and sound synthesis. In these instances, Arkbro makes use of algorithmic sound synthesis to enhance the harmonic textures of acoustic instruments
