Folkstorm
Folkstorm is a power electronics project of the Swedish musician Henrik Nordvargr Björkk, started in the late 1990s alongside his work in the industrial group MZ.412. The project uses harsh noise, distorted vocals and martial rhythms. Björkk later conceived Toroidh as its continuation, in a martial industrial and neoclassical direction. Early Folkstorm releases include Information Blitzkrieg (1999), the 10-inch Noisient (1999), Hurtmusic (2000) and Victory or Death (2000). For the Love of Hate followed in 2002, then Sweden and Live Ceremony (both 2004) and Folkmusik (2005).
