Han Bennink
Han Bennink, born in Zaandam in 1942, is a Dutch drummer, percussionist and multi-instrumentalist, and the most radical drumming export Holland has produced. Known to solo with anything that will augment his kit, from clogs to a fire alarm to the floor itself, he is by turns profoundly traditional and wildly revolutionary, as at home with a swing standard as with total abstraction.
