Tip! Japanese version! Kaworu Koyanagi born in Niigata prefecture in 1967. During his university days, he aspired to become high school science teacher, but after graduating, he worked as a chemical engineer for several years as an office worker. He has been working at Captain Trip Records since 1996 and is in charge of planning numerous releases including krautrock. Since 2011, the studio and label has been independent as Suezan Studio. His unique perspectives and considerations, as well as his connections with countless musicians, have earned him enthusiastic support from a small number of people. He currently lives in Niigata and continues to compile and record not only krautrock but also the past music scenes of Niigata and nearby prefectures.
