With two names like these, you're on the safe side. The first of the two CDs, NAV-gate, presents López and Duncan as chiselers of vibrations often at the limit of audibility, so much so that playback through headphones brings new sounds to the ear that are not heard through the speakers, except in total silence. The color of the sound appears dark, galactic, in a limbo containing souls now ready to make the leap toward the center of the earth to finally understand the origin of the earth's constant tremors. A few percussive touches separate the parts, and in the end, we find ourselves disoriented, needing to understand yet aware of new forces invisible to us. The second album, NAV-FLEX, starts from a sort of electroacoustic "lightning", a sharp flash of frequencies that start together, as in a chord, but then split up, chase each other and almost disappear only to reappear from far away, meteorites that have not gone mad but are guided by the same great centripetal force that channels the mind and body towards absolute unity: the achievement of perfection.
