One of the genuine private-press rarities of the German underground. Gregor Cürten and Anselm Rogmans recorded Planes in a single uninterrupted take on the 11th of May 1974 and pressed it themselves in a tiny run. Two side-long pieces of slow electronic drift, organ and synthesizer drones threaded with wordless voices and, on the second, a strand of guitar; it sits nearer to early Kluster or to Eliane Radigue than to anything cosmic and pulsing.
The music goes, deliberately, nowhere, and that stillness is the whole intention. This is an original pressing, not one of the later reissues.
