Circle

*2025 stock. 300 copies limited edition* Circle, the uncompromising avant-rock collective from Finland, announce the release of Supermassive, a recording that captures the band’s legendary performance at the Tavastia Club in Helsinki during the Supermassive Festival on October 23, 2014.

On that night, the band unveiled their audacious "Double-edged Circle" lineup, wielding an unprecedented seven guitars in unison. Their sonic charge carved through Tavastia’s walls in a precise, surgical incision—an immersive, overwhelming experience where strings moved like lost symbols of an extinct alphabet, producing a transcendental storm of rhythm and resonance.

Supermassive is both documentation and declaration: a monumental testament to Circle’s fearless experimentation, relentless energy, and mastery of scale. Across its dense layers of guitar interplay, relentless repetition, and hypnotic structures, the album immerses the listener in a soundscape where monumentality and minimalism coexist.

Operating at the boundaries of rock, metal, and experimental music, Circle have built a reputation for bending and reshaping conventions, and Supermassive stands as one of their most ambitious statements. It is an invitation to step inside the Circle, to enter a zone where sound swallows time itself.
