Agostino Di Scipio

Agostino Di Scipio (1962, Naples, Italia) is an Italian composer operating in the field of electroacoustic music, sound installations and music scored for performers interacting with live electronics. Most of his compositions are made from unconventional sound synthesis/processing strategies inspired from natural sound phenomenons such as noise or air turbulence. Many of his compositions develop from unconventional sound synthesis/processing methods inspired to phenomena of noise and turbulence. In recent years, he has been focussing on the "man-machine-environment" feedback loop (e.g.the live-electronics solo works Audible Ecosystemics).
