*2026 stock* The connection between these works is subtle. Nevertheless, there is an incessant search for a new sonic language, breaking an imposed norm of a secular legacy. The organ, an apparatus that is the sum total of wind, pipes and keys, becomes bigger with the imagination of those who operate it. It is a device that incites the audacity of its operator, rivalling the sonic potential of any modern instrument. This is my contribution: using a Portuguese organ that is over 200 years old in an avant-garde repertoire from the 60s.
