Brainhack Musicbox presents a Kyiv-based project operating somewhere between post–free jazz and free improvisation, approached through an abstract electronic lens. Performed by a quintet of experienced improvisers, the material navigates dense yet transparent arrangements, deliberately avoiding the conventional “wall of sound” in favour of clarity, contrast and internal detail.
Across an extended duration, the music unfolds through a shifting interplay of textures, gestures and melodic fragments — balancing tension and openness, complexity and space.
