"Re: People I Know" is the first of two long pieces that Klaus played at his concert in Düsseldorf on September 30, 1977, similar to the impressive piece that Klaus Schulze performed in Brussels the same year at "St. Michael's Cathedral". has played. "Avec Arthur": During the long tour in 1979, Klaus played a long solo piece that filled the first half of the concerts as usual. After the break, Arthur Brown joined for the second track. This is one of those energetic second halves. Arthur was often very spirited, very good, dare I say excellent. Like here on October 25, 1979 in a youth club in the Belgian city of Liège. During the quiet part after the break (and his famous roar), Arthur sings partly in French. Merveilleux! "Crazy Nietzsche" is based on the well-known "Friedrich Nietzsche" from "X". As on the "X" tracks, Harald Grosskopf played the drums. First, Klaus used Harald's well-known solid drumming; for the middle part - "Asketische Ideale" - he asked him to play some floor toms. As usual in that era. This title was also recorded at the Panne Paulen Studio in Frankfurt. After Klaus heard the piece again for the first time in many years, he told me that it had to be a live recording because of the Korg PS 3300, because he only played it at concerts and not in the studio.
