Cyborg (1973) doubled the scale of Irrlicht. Across two records Klaus Schulze married a string orchestra to the EMS synthesizers he was beginning to acquire, building four enormous tides of sound in which players and machines blur until you cannot say which is which.
Demanding and immense, it set the course he would follow for years. The Ohr and Kosmische Musik pressing.
