Juan Belda Bit Band

With No encuentro la tónica, Juan Belda & The Bit Band push their musical language further into unpredictable territory. The album unfolds as a restless and multifaceted work where jazz, experimental rock and electronic textures intersect freely. Rather than following a fixed stylistic path, the music constantly shifts perspective, moving through dense arrangements, sudden rhythmic turns and moments of spacious improvisation.

The ensemble once again brings together a remarkable group of musicians, including Jorge Pardo, Javier Colis, Pelayo Arrizabalaga, Juanjo Ortí, Enrico Barbaro, Ricardo Marichal, Samuel Tarraco and Epi Lorente. Their interplay creates a sound that is dynamic, exploratory and full of contrasts.

Throughout the record, Belda’s keyboards and electronic textures act as a guiding thread, shaping a sonic landscape where complexity and spontaneity coexist. No encuentro la tónica captures the Bit Band at its most adventurous, a collective sound constantly searching, expanding and redefining its own balance.
