Robin Scott

When Robin Scott's electro anthem "Pop Muzik" hit no.1 in the US in 1979, few could have guessed that his debut had appeared on an obscure English underground label, Head Records a whole decade earlier, with backing from psychedelic legends Mighty Baby. Now, with vinyl copies changing hands for hundreds of pounds, it's finally available on CD for the first time, featuring bonus tracks, rare photographs and comprehensive liner notes and showing itself to be a lost gem of British acid folk.
