Frank Lowe

Frank Lowe (1943–2003), a tenor saxophonist, was a remarkable individual in a long line of honorable practitioners that began with Coleman Hawkins. Following the musical revolution of the 1960s, he reached his creative peak and absorbed the teachings of that time as they affected African Americans.
