An A/V release focusing on slow-scan technology. SSTV or "slow-scan television" is the method of broadcast of the images you are watching. It is the way that amateur radio operators broadcast pictures to each other over radio, also known as "narrowband television". Regular TV transmits images at a rate of generally 30 frames per second, SSTV displays one per minute! It is slow! (from the liner notes)
