Inspired by Philip K. Dick’s Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, the Android Sisters-voiced by Ruth Maleczech and Valeria Wasilewski-became icons of “cosmic and comic” social commentary. Their debut album, originally released in 1984 on cassette and LP, features 11 tracks (plus two bonus tracks on this Wah Wah reissue) written by Lopez and experimental composer Tim Clark.
