Vas Deferens Organization on the left Brad Laner on the right. Brad Laner, better known as Electric Company. You may have heard either or neither or both. But at the same time? That can only be found here. Right from First Plane Not To Plummet Seaward my ears are treated to a more electronic based sound than what I heard on Vas Deferens Organization's Sweat Your Cheeses, But Not in my Salad album. When the percussion bursts on to this first track then by all means let every metaphor burst from its cage and downpour onto your roof; it's jamming. The weirdness is in sesh too, so for those who like their music jetted towards a simpleton tone and not flustered about in the strong winds of random are not welcome into this personal club. There are only four songs to be found on Transcontinental Conspiracy. The first one is almost seventeen minutes and Last Few Days In The Land Of Happy Dreams (embrace those final moments...) stretches past the twenty minute mark. Experimental but not for experimentation's sake. For the musicians' sake. The listeners too? If it's up your alley, Sally. Otherwise it will be entirely out of place in both feeling and collection. I can dig it.
