A deep private-press obscurity. Walter Zweifel is a Swiss keyboardist, born in Bern in 1955, who trained as an organist in Zurich and went on to a long working life as composer, arranger, and studio engineer across European and Canadian productions. Energie Für Alle is a privately pressed LP that has left barely a trace in the standard discographies, the kind of self-issued record that circulated within a small local circuit and rarely travelled further.
It belongs to the same Swiss keyboard-and-electronics orbit as much of the home-studio work of its day, made by a trained musician operating outside the record industry. Scarce, and largely undocumented, which is much of its appeal for the collector.
