Sister Irene O'Connor remembers her first years as a young nun at a kindergarten in Singapore and how she began making music. Made with Freedom to Spend after the Fire of God's Love micro museum in Seoul. English and Korean.

My Kindergarten Memories looks back on Sister Irene O'Connor's early years as a young nun, when everything was still new to her. In her seventies, she looked back on those years and her life as a nun and a musician, and the message of love she carried through it all.

The memoir includes memories of the dreamlike time when she went to a kindergarten in Singapore, along with beautiful and memorable moments shared with the children and the other sisters there.

These pages also tell how she first began making music, what she felt while writing and performing songs, and an unexpected encounter with a fellow sister that led her back into music.

This zine was made with Freedom To Spend following the Fire of God's Love Micro Museum held in Seoul this past February to celebrate the reissue. Sending our blessings to Sister Irene O'Connor once again.

Zine, 27 pages, 130 x 210 mm, text in English and Korean. Design by Ganghyeon Paeg, translation by Chae Ahn. Published by Ningen Paper Press, Seoul, May 2026.
