Tempo Libero was first released in 1975 on Panda Records and is one of the rarest titles in Italian library music, a cult LP that collectors chased for decades before this first reissue.

It brings together two of the major names of the field, Giuliano Sorgini (here as Raskovich) and Alessandro Alessandroni (as Braen), and both are recognisable in the melodies and structure of these eleven easy-listening jazz and lounge pieces. The titles tell the story: Costa Smeralda, Vele al Vento, Serenamente, Spensierato, music for free time, exotic and carefree, with a hint of melancholy in Meditazioni.

Behind the easy surface there is the care in the arrangements that has always marked the best Italian library records, which for years have been a hunting ground for producers and DJs. Reissued by Redi Edizioni with a faithful reproduction of the original artwork.
