Live at St. Thomas the Apostle documents Diamanda Galás’ volcanic May 2016 performance at St. Thomas the Apostle church in Harlem NY, described by the New York Times as "guttural and operatic, baleful and inconsolable, spiritual and earthy, polyglot and wordless, nuanced and unhinged." The concert, produced by Intravenal Sound Operations and Red Bull Music Academy, was composed exclusively of what Galás calls “death songs”.

Recorded live at St.Thomas the Apostle, Harlem, May 2016 Dedicated to Vincent Cuoco, Jr. Gatefold sleeve coloured red as opposed to the original CD release which was blue. Each inner sleeve has a wraparound image. Barcode is on a sticker applied to the shrink-wrap. There is no barcode on the sleeve itself. Upon initial release, a quantity of autographed copies were made available from the Diamanda Galas official webstore. These copies may come without shrink-wrap and the affixed barcode…
