The companion piece to the Anima-Sound record elsewhere in this list, and a window onto one of the era's strangest gatherings. In the summer of 1971 the pianist Friedrich Gulda convened his third Musikforum at Ossiach in Carinthia, an eleven-day jamboree of classical, jazz, folk, raga, and electronics that locals nicknamed the Woodstock of Carinthia and that so overwhelmed the tiny lakeside village it was never invited back. Ossiach Live documents it: Tangerine Dream's Oszillator Planet Concert, the early Weather Report playing Eurydice, Anima's Paul and Limpe Fuchs, the Dave Pike Set, John Surman's Trio, and Gulda himself.
This is the later two-CD edition of a sprawling original triple LP.
