*100 copies limited edition* Long time no see dear Louis! Part of our 2019 inaugural BST001 V/A tape, Eiger Drums Propaganda returns today to Bamboo Shows with his “Live Excerpts” LP. Formerly a so-called collective, now happily unmasked as a schizophrenic one-man band, the French multi-instrumentist gathers here a collection of twelve acts recorded live. Not a proper album, nor a simple compilation, yet a real insight on Louis De La Gorce’s playful explorations over the past three years. Beyond…
*100 copies limited edition. 2025 stock.* Two years after the acclaimed ‘Darkos LP’, Jonquera is back to Charlieu’s surrounding vales for his second album on Bamboo Shows. Through ‘La Croix des Cros’, the French Musician delivers a loner-folk eclogue about the fantasized inner demons of a country dweller. Just like clay, audio recordings here are a malleable substance, slowly reworked over a year, following a sinuous production process where all mishaps are welcomed as breaches to step into.Far …

This collector's edition meticulously recreates the original release that captured the Sicilian maestro's radical early period, now presented on 180g marbled vinyl in a strictly limited numbered edition. The band, founded in the late 1970s by Mino De Martino (former bassist of I Giganti) and his wife Terra Di Benedetto, has made a comeback. The cult band recently released their fifth album (including a live compilation) titled Navicomete—a 70-minute double LP (vinyl) that continues their journey into sonic experimentation with spacey and psychedelic atmospheres. The album, composed of *…
*250 copies limited edition* Stereocilia's latest album, 'Phases', is a dynamic exploration of sound, structured into two distinct halves that take the listener on an evolving journey through electronic and psych-drone landscapes. Side A begins with "Have We Lost Our Minds?", a track that sets a contemplative tone with shimmering and pulsating synths, gradually building into a swirling electronic landscape. "Diminished" follows with a darker, more atmospheric palette, where glitchy electronics a…

Issued in a replica mini-LP jacket with inner sleeve, 16-page booklet, and OBI strip.* Digitally re-mastered and expanded edition of this collection of re-mastered late '70s-early '80s recordings from the UK's new wave disco and avant pop artist. Later that year she also recorded the theme song for an Italian TV. show 'Akiri Non Stop' and even appeared in a few episodes. It's follow-up 'Heaven' was h…
*2025 repress. 300 copies limited edition* 1973’s Sulle Corde Di Aries was Franco Battiato's third release and showed his fascination for electronic, minimalist and systemic musics, as well as his third chapter in Battiato’s foray into esoteric pop. While the artist would venture further out into avant-garde terrain on subsequent releases, his early records enjoy a lyrical and playful spirit—eschewing traditional, song-based composition in favor of kosmische voyages. On Sulle Corde Di Aries, Bat…
Mother Mallard's Portable Masterpiece Company was the first all-synthesizer band to ever deliver live concerts. They were founded in the late sixties by David Borden, and they were the first to do so. They even predated giants such as Tangerine Dream with their live performances. Make Way For Mother Mallard: 50 Years Of Music is a double disk collection of wholly new music that was published to commemorate the band's fiftieth anniversary. The first disc of the compilation included previously unh…
The origins of "Body Love" are quite funny. I received a call from a movie producer named Manfred Menz and I wound up becoming his principal composer for a period of time. Amongst others, I composed the “Barracuda” soundtrack for him [1978, previously unreleased on album]. This led to a friendship which lasts till today. Menz now lives in Malibu, California where I visited him a couple of years ago. Anyway, this guy calls me and asks if I would compose the score to a porn movie. I said I said: “…
Having passed – at least figuratively – through hundreds of years over the course of their previous two albums, the good ship High Llamas docked, fully loaded, into a congenial present moment for once in its life. O’Hagan’s continued work with Tim Gane and Stereolab caused a healthy dose of electronica to spike the Llamas’ already heady brew, creating an apex of late 90s-style neo-exotica. RIYL: Mouse On Mars, Oval, Grand Royal, Dots and Loops.
Sun Araw’s tenth studio album, Lifetime, continues to investigate space as a motionless field against which many motions are observed! Stasis: wheels within and wheels without! “Dripping Magnetizations! Arcs of Slowing Rotations!” Two LPs at 45 RPM. Mixed by Cameron Stallones & Jake Viator, Mastered by JJ Golden. Please enjoy this adventure in sound.
Franco Battiato's wonderfully lively 1973 concept album Pollution is an audaciously psychedelic album drawn from the space rock dimension with good portions of electronics and keyboard layers. Drawing heavily on the VCS3 synthesizer, Battiato and company (besides himself, three backing band members play synth as well) give Pollution an extreme electronic edge. With comparisons to Ash Ra Tempel, Faust, and Pink Floyd, Pollution was declared 'genius' by Frank Zappa.
Franco Battiato moved into the 1970s on the crest of the progressive rock wave. This 1972 impossibly strange record inhabits that nether world of pop music, electronics, politics and experimental rock. Fetus is an album beyond all definition. It's a masterpiece of daring and wild risks that work every single time. Battiato takes us through eight uniquely super-detailed songs that tug at the heart strings as no other experimental record ever could."Fetus is an album beyond all definition. It's a …
*Comes in a CD-sized papersleeve album replica (gatefold), with obi-strip and insert of notes mostly in Japanese..2024 stock* Restocked!!! ZNR was the French duo of Hector Zazou and Joseph Racaille (hence, Zazou 'n' Racaille) active in the mid to late '70s. Their 1976 debut, Barricade 3, is an anti-pop masterpiece that truly defies categorization; it makes perfect sense that ZNR appears on the infamous Nurse With Wound list. Featuring an array of seemingly dichotomous instruments (piano, synthes…
*Comes in a CD-sized papersleeve album replica (gatefold), with obi-strip and insert of notes mostly in Japanese..2024 stock* Wapassou is a highly original band from Strasbourg! Recorded in 1974, keyboardist Freddy Brua and his colleagues' eponymous debut album produced music in the tradition of early albums by Pink Floyd, Amon Düül II, Czar and Ash Ra Tempel. The melodies are haunting and varied. The many contributions of flute, guitar, clarinet and sitar provide an ideal counterpoint to a real…
*Comes in a CD-sized papersleeve album replica (gatefold), with obi-strip and insert of notes mostly in Japanese..2024 stock* Heldon's 5th album, recorded in 1976. Featuring Auger (drums), Gauthier (Mini Moog, Moog bass), Didier Batard (bass), plus Janick Top on one track, this is a crushingly dense synthesis of loud sounds. Magma-styled intensity meeting the "apex of the punk electronic sound" -- a masterpiece.
*Comes in a CD-sized papersleeve album replica (gatefold), with obi-strip and insert of notes mostly in Japanese..2024 stock* As with the preceding album Rêve Sans Conséquance Spéciale, if you come to grip[ with this wild experimental minimalistic music , you will find yourself riveted to your seat by the sheer power and violent intensity of the music developped by Richard Pinhas (the sole leader of this project). It really depends on how your mind (and mood) is set to understand what is develop…
*Comes in a CD-sized papersleeve album replica (gatefold), with obi-strip and insert of notes mostly in Japanese..2024 stock* "Stand By" was Heldon's final 1970s album. Afterward, Richard Pinhas focused on solo work and took a decade-long break. He explains that the band split due to members' time constraints and a trend of bands breaking up while still successful. The album features urgent synthesizer sounds, intricate drums, and dynamic guitar riffs. Though compared to krautrock, Pinhas was no…
Kraftwerk 2 is the second studio album by German electronic band Kraftwerk, entirely written and performed by founding Kraftwerk members Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider in late 1971 and released in January 1972. Perhaps the least characteristic album of their output, it features no synthesizers, the instrumentation being largely electric guitar, bass guitar, flute and violin. On the second side, the more rock-oriented origins of the group still cling on, mostly without any percussion whatsoeve…
Here's the reissue of Annette Peacock and Paul Bley's "Dual Unity" album, originally released in 1972 on Freedom Records. Hailed as a pioneer and artistic genius by many, this album captures Peacock in her element alongside husband, Canadian jazz genius Paul Bley. Dual Unity is a landscape of aural vision captured on tape in 1970, during their first European tour. For 33 minutes and 21 seconds, the listener is absorbed by other spirits. Using Robert Moog's earliest synthesizers, Bley and Peacock…
