Sigillum S
Sigillum S is a post-industrial project formed in Milan in 1985 by Eraldo Bernocchi, Paolo L. Bandera and Luca Di Giorgio. Working with electronics, noise and drones, the group moved from ritualistic and ethnic pieces in the late 1980s to science-fiction soundscapes in the 1990s, and its recent records set live drums against electronics and noise. Forty years on it is still recording and playing live. Bandera met Bernocchi and Di Giorgio by answering their advert in a Milan record shop, and both he and Bernocchi were involved with the Italian branch of Thee Temple ov Psychick Youth.
