The fourth volume of Dan Gibson's series, still before the music was added: Canadian wilderness in long takes, water, wind, birds, the space between them left intact. Gibson's editing was minimal and his microphone technique was that of a filmmaker, framing a sound the way he would frame a shot, and the records reward playing loud, when the depth of field becomes apparent.
